What is Check-it?

Check-it consists of two sensors that provide you with real-time information so you’ll gain insight into and control over various hospital processes.

  1. The asset sensor: this sensor gives you insight into the usage of important and expensive company assets by registering the movements and locations. Think of beds, infusion pumps and other equipment used on various locations throughout the hospital. You can also place the sensor at a fixed location so you can record how often a room is being used.
  2. The airo sensor provides details on defined values for products where temperature or humidity are critical variables. Think of storage temperature of medicines and blood bags during transport.

How does Check-it work?

Secure the asset sensor on a product or location. The sensor can detect movement three-dimensionally with adjustable sensitivity. It runs on a battery that lasts 10 years.

  • The sensor is put into a holder where it makes contact, so when you remove or return the sensor this data will be stored.
  • When movement is detected within 100 to 150 meters, the sensor will send signals to the wireless data box connected to the LAN. If you add an optional extra antenna, the range can even be extended to 500-600 meters.
  • This box sends the data automatically to your personal environment in the cloud, where you can collect your data – for instance for analytical purposes.

Airo sensor

  • The temperature and humidity sensor – with a battery that lasts an impressive 10 years – can also be secured on a product or location. This sensor measures the temperature and humidity for configurable values.
  • The sensor is put into a holder where it makes contact, so when you remove or return the sensor this data will be stored. Convenient for monitoring the temperature during refrigerated transport.
  • When movement is detected within 100 to 150 meters, the sensor will send signals to the wireless data box connected to the LAN. If you add an optional extra antenna, the range can even be extended to 500-600 meters.
  • This box sends the data automatically to your personal environment in the cloud, where you can collect your data – for instance for monitoring purposes.
